Daniel Cunningham
Daniel is an urban place maker, designer, and project manager who has successfully led projects across North America and Asia of varying scales and complexities. From concept to implementation, his design approach is focused on providing pragmatic solutions to complex problems such as climate change, regional growth, and community representation. Some of these projects include The Memorial at Harvey Milk Plaza in San Francisco, South San Francisco CalTrain Station, and Universidad de Monterrey in Mexico.
As the current chair of the Landscape Architecture Advisory Council at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and through his work with high school students, Daniel is committed to inspiring and encouraging the future designers of the profession. Daniel has received design and planning awards for his work in creative workplace design, university planning, hospitality, and public space design.
